As a SAC-Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Advisory practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes and derive valuable insights.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting,



execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables, while effectively mentoring others and addressing conflicts or issues.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client needs
- Analyzing client requirements and developing data models to support data-driven decision-making
- Guiding teams in the integration and utilization of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence tools
- Overseeing data quality improvement plans and confirming data security within analytics frameworks
- Developing and delivering training sessions to enhance client understanding and use of SAP data and analytics tools
- Collaborating with clients to optimize data management processes and derive valuable insights
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
- Utilizing data visualization techniques to create impactful reports and presentations
- Engaging in strategic planning to identify opportunities for enhancing client service delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BW/4HANA
- Utilizing complex data analysis to drive strategic insights
