1. Possesses 6-10 years of experience in developing and architecting with Salesforce engineering solutions.
2. Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
3. Lead the development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, flows, integrations, and platform automations.
4. Architect solutions adhering to Salesforce procedures, governor limits, and enterprise standards.
5. Design reusable frameworks and components to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
6. Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
7. Provide technical leadership for Salesforce initiatives and projects.
8. Define application architecture, integration patterns, data models, and deployment strategies.
9. Collaborate or apply equivalent experience with Enterprise Architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and roadmap.
10. Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural reviews.
11. Identify opportunities for platform optimization and modernization.
12. Build and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven messaging, data change tracking, Middleware, and External Services.
13. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate important and relevant information concisely and clearly.

Qualifications:

Must Have

Education: Education: Graduate Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (any stream)





Other:

- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Platform Events.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, including data modeling, automation, security, and governance.
- Experience integrating Salesforce using RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, Named Credentials, Middleware solutions, and external systems (preferably AWS-based applications and services).
- Proficiency in CI/CD and Dev Ops practices using Git Hub, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Salesforce DX (SFDX), or similar deployment frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture guidelines, governor limits, performance optimization, and scalable develop patterns.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and multifunctional technology teams deliver business solutions.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Einstein AI/Agentforce capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and integration patterns involving Salesforce and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and enterprise integration frameworks.
