n Role Overview
n We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design development and multidisciplinary coordination for large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects . The ideal candidate should possess robust design expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure that project documentation and deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead and manage design development for large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects.
n Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
n Review and ensure the accuracy, quality, and coordination of project documentation.
n Ensure timely issuance of drawings and project deliverables as per project schedules.
n Maintain high standards of design quality and project documentation.
n Coordinate with clients and consultants to address design and project-related requirements.




n Ensure all project deliverables align with company quality standards and client expectations.
n Support the team in resolving design, technical, and coordination-related issues.
n Provide design guidance and support to junior team members as required.
n n Educational Qualification
n n Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
n n Experience Required
n n 10–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
n Experience in large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects will be preferred.
