Role & responsibilities
- Handle daily production operations and manufacturing activities
- Monitor batch manufacturing process and production schedules
- Manage production manpower and shift operations efficiently
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance departments
- Monitor productivity and minimize production downtime
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery and resources
- Maintain discipline and smooth workflow in production areas
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation in B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry preferred)
- Candidates from Chemical or Pharmaceutical background will be preferred
- 5 years experience in Chemical or Pharmaceutical Industry
- Solid knowledge of production handling and batch manufacturing
- Experience in manpower management and shift supervision
- Understanding of safety procedures and quality standards
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage production targets effectively
