Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Consultant to manage Domestic & International holiday packages. The role involves handling customer interactions, converting inquiries into sales, managing reservations, and coordinating with vendors to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic & international holiday packages end-to-end
- Manage inbound calls and make outgoing sales calls to convert leads into bookings
- Handle reservations for flights, trains, buses, hotels, tours, and other travel services




- Interact with clients to understand travel requirements and suggest suitable options
- Manage bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and customer queries
- Coordinate with B2B vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups

- Required Candidate Profile

- Experience in travel sales / operations (domestic & international)
- Strong destination knowledge and itinerary planning skills
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and meet targets
- Familiarity with travel portals, vendor systems, and booking tools
