Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Adequate Knowledge of Maintenance (PM, TBM,CBM & Trouble Shooting) of Gear manufacturing machines (Hobbing ,Shaving,Shaping, Hypoid gear cutting , grinding , Gear testing ) with Fanuc, Siemens & Mitsubishi control & drives
- Adequate Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi & Siemens), reading of program, modifications
- Hands on experience of trouble shooting & fault finding , rectification on all types of Machine Tools
- Adequate Knowledge of IMS & OHSAS
- Work on experience on RCM, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance analysis, CBM, TBM
- System Knowledge -SAP PM module, MS office, Good in PPT
- Work on Experience on TPM& TQM
- Adequate Knowledge of Legal, statutory requirements
- Adequate Knowledge of Spare parts management
- Capability for handling of manpower
