Position: Ticketing Executive/Airport Ground Staff

: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ticketing Executive/Airport Ground Staff to join our team at Bluespirit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: -

Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations -

Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules,

fares, and travel packages - Process payments and issue tickets to customers - Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures





- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and complaints - Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure smooth operations - Provide support to passengers during check-in and boarding processes - Handle baggage and cargo handling processes - Conduct security checks as per airport regulations -

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with customers - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in airline policies Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry - Excellent communication and customer service skills -

Proficient in using computer systems and ticketing software -
