Role & responsibilities
- We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in IT/tech hiring. This role is fully remote and offers a fixed salary plus attractive incentives.
- Source and screen candidates for tech roles (Developers, Engineers, Product, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Maintain talent pipeline and update internal tracking tools
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-4 years of experience in technology hiring (agency or in-house)
- Robust sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
