Key Responsibilities

Cutover Planning

- Develop detailed cutover plans, including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordination:
- Collaborate with various teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure all aspects of the cutover are covered.

Data Migration & System Configuration:
- Oversee the migration of data and configuration of new systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

Communication & Reporting:
- Provide clear and timely communications to all stakeholders throughout the cutover process, including status updates and issue resolution.

Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during cutover, including backout plans and contingency measures.





Project Management:
- Manage the cutover project within budget and on schedule, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Robust project management skills and experience.
- Experience with data migration and system configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with software implementation and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
