- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Power Apps Developers for designing and developing custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Application Development: Translate business requirements into functional applications and workflows that meet business needs.
- Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support and assistance to business users.
- Compliance & Performance: Ensure applications comply with security, performance, and compliance standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Agile Delivery:



Manage agile squads and ensure timely delivery of digital solutions in an agile product delivery environment.

Required Candidate Profile:
