Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible Café Team Member to join our team. The role involves taking customer orders, preparing and serving ice creams, food and beverages, handling billing, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring customers have a pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and take orders politely.
- Prepare and serve ice creams, desserts, beverages and ready-to-serve food according to café standards.
- Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments.
- Pack takeaway orders properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, kitchen and dining area.
- Check stock levels and inform the supervisor about items that need to be replenished.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and portion-control standards.
- Keep equipment, utensils and work areas clean and organized.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Work as part of a team and support other staff during busy hours.
- Follow opening, closing and cleaning procedures.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served on time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
