- Lead and supervise a team to meet operational goals

- Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience as a TL on paper
- Process : Experience in Telecom Voice Process is mandatory (International)
- Background : BPO Experience
- Shift Window : 24 x 7 processing days
- Week offs : Any 2 days in a week

Experience in handling team; have managed clients; hands on excel and people management skills
