Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve both sales and service targets through effective coaching and daily performance monitoring.
- Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition while ensuring high team engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance and other metrics to drive results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align goals, streamline processes, and enhance overall team performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.
- 5–8 years of experience with a proven track record in leading sales teams and consistently achieving targets.
- Solid leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to BFSI, Telecom, or Service industries preferred.
