At Rocket India, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that help teams make smarter, faster decisions. In this role, you will design intuitive dashboards, build self-service reporting solutions, and partner with stakeholders across functions to improve performance visibility and drive data-led process improvements.

About the Role

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and self-service reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from SQL databases, relational data sources, and advanced Excel models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and IT partners to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into meaningful data insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and support monthly executive reviews through accurate reporting and analytics.
- Recommend data-driven opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting quality, and decision-making processes.
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, helping teams understand performance drivers and actionable next steps.

About You

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working with relational databases, data extraction, data validation, and reporting automation.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders and management teams.

Preferred Qualifications




- Experience supporting executive reporting, KPI monitoring, monthly business reviews, or operational performance analytics.
- Working knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, curiosity, and a continuous improvement orientation.
- Experience in financial services, mortgage, fintech, operations analytics, or customer-focused business environments is a plus.
