Summary:
In the role of Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of business workflows and organizational components. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding the function s needs and ensuring that implementation activities align with strategic objectives, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency across the business function.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional groups to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business function improvements.




- Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure that implementation activities meet quality standards and timelines.
- Support junior team members by offering guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in designing and re-designing organizational structures and workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges within and across teams.
- Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and facilitate discussions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
