Job Title: Pega RPA Developer (Pega Robotics)

Experience:

- 4 5 years of overall development experience
- 3 4 years in Pega Robotics (RPA/RDA)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Pega RPA Developer with hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions using Pega Robotics. The candidate should be capable of independently delivering high-quality automation solutions while working in a distributed onsite-offshore model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Pega Robotics (RPA/RDA) solutions based on business requirements
- Configure and maintain Pega Robotics Studio and Runtime environments
- Setup, manage, and maintain robotics infrastructure including bot deployment and monitoring
- Develop automation solutions using Windows and Web adapters
- Leverage C# scripting for customization and advanced automation scenarios
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into automation workflows
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and provide production support for automation solutions




- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines
- Work independently to deliver assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Collaborate effectively in an onsite-offshore delivery model

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4 5 years of experience in software development
- 3 4 years of hands-on experience in Pega Robotics (OpenSpan / RPA / RDA)
- Strong experience in:
- Pega Robotics Studio configuration and maintenance
- Robotics infrastructure setup and support
- Windows and Web adapter-based automation development

- Proficiency in C# programming
- Ability to design solutions and execute tasks independently
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Additional Requirements:

- Experience working in onsite-offshore engagement models
- Flexibility to overlap with onsite/client working hours
- Solid ownership mindset with ability to manage deliverables independently

Preferred (Optional):

- Exposure to Pega BPM / PRPC integration with Robotics
