Contractor Role

Mandatory

- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, including translating business problems into effective technical designs.
- Experience defining the scope, sizing, and technical approach for technology initiatives.
- Hands-on experience designing and anchoring Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between enterprise platforms and third-party services.
- Ability to design and develop complex technical features based on business requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical experts and cross-functional stakeholders.

Good-to-Have

- Experience delivering EPM solutions in large-scale or complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM technologies and associated integration approaches.
- Experience working in customer-facing consulting or solution delivery environments.
- Ability to evaluate alternative technical approaches and recommend solutions based on business and architectural considerations.
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver best-fit EPM solution architectures aligned with business requirements, technical standards, and customer objectives.
- Collaborate with technical experts, functional teams, and stakeholders to implement technologies across the EPM landscape.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Contribute to solution scoping, effort estimation, technical planning, and sizing for current initiatives.
- Lead and anchor Proof of Concept (PoC) development to validate proposed architectures, technologies, and solution approaches.
- Architect and enable integrations between EPM platforms and third-party services, considering reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Design and develop complex features and capabilities that address customers’ evolving business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance throughout solution design and implementation to help ensure architectural consistency and successful delivery.
