Description
The Audit Manager will play a crucial role in driving the bank's IT Audit function. They will lead a team, develop risk-based audit frameworks, and collaborate with key stakeholders to create an effective IT Audit plan. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality audit work and supporting the bank's IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of IT Auditors, delivering multiple IT Audit assignments.
- Develop a Risk-Based Audit Framework, adhering to RBI regulations and ISO 27001 standards.
- Prepare the IT Audit plan, scoping, budgeting, and collaborating with CTO, CISO, and CRO.
- Manage and liaison with outsourced audit partners, focusing on cost and time efficiency.
- Perform Human Resource Management tasks, including performance evaluation and talent development.
- Establish and maintain a Quality Assurance and Improvement program, facilitating internal/external assessments.
- Provide advisory support for IT projects,



ensuring effective internal controls and risk management.
- Mentor the team and engage in internal recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with key RBI circulars and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience in IT Audits, preferably in BFSI.
- CISA certification is mandatory; CISM/CRISC/CISSP certifications are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of RBI circulars and regulations.
- Effective project management skills, with team handling experience.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and data handling skills.
- High energy, passion, and a self-starter attitude.
- Strong presentation skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team player.
- Willingness to travel as required for work.
