Key Responsibilities:

- Apply and support design processes such as Design Review, Virtual Review, DFMEA, DVP&R;, DFM, DFA, and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Conduct cross-functional reviews for component designs independently, while seeking guidance as needed
- Perform 3D CAD modeling in Creo for major casting components and engine parts including plumbing and sheet metal brackets
- Create and check 2D drawings with accurate GD&T;, ensuring design for manufacturing, service, and assembly
- Develop engineering releases aligned with component requirements and design phase milestones
- Provide BOM support during engine builds; review and verify component lists
- Support part movement and tracking during builds, testing, and validation phases
- Manage ETLA (Engine Top Level Assembly)



and tailoring of product/system TLA (Top Level Assembly)

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in engine component design
- Proficiency in Creo (Pro/E) and NPD (Current Product Development) for casting, sheet metal, and plumbing components
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for assembly/serviceability
- Basic understanding of engine function and its sub-systems
- Experience with MCM (Modular Component Management) is a plus
