Key Responsibilities

- Drive workforce planning, organization structuring, and manpower optimization.
- Partner with business leaders to build a high-performance, people-centric culture.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
- Build talent pipelines and improve hiring effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and employee integration.
- Drive performance management processes across functions.
- Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, capability assessments, and development planning.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.

Desired Skills





- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
- 15–20 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong exposure to HRBP, talent management, HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Experience across multiple industries; Real Estate experience will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be based in Punjab/Ludhiana or have a solid reason to relocate to Ludhiana.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, compliance, and organizational processes.
