As a Senior Integrations Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy scalable integration solutions and automations across enterprise systems, while developing AI-driven chatbots and intelligent workflows. You will work closely with business and technical teams to streamline operations, ensure data accuracy, and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion Celigo's integration platform through transformational, scalable solutions that drive business growth.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines leveraging contemporary cloud architectures.
- Develop AI chatbots and intelligent automation solutions for internal stakeholders.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude with APIs, vector databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, emphasizing data quality, security, and operability.
- Collaborate with business process experts to solve complex integration challenges in domains like Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and HR.
- Produce technical documentation, support processes,



and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and serve as the final escalation point for integrations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience designing and building enterprise integration solutions.
- Proven experience developing AI agents or chatbots for business workflows.
- Expertise with iPaaS platforms (Celigo, Snaplogic, Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and XML schema design.
- Proficient in JavaScript for integration data processing.
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms: OAuth 2.0, SAML2, JWT Bearer Tokens.
- Hands-on experience with cloud applications like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zendesk, Gong, Gainsight, etc.
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake stored procedures, AWS S3, Redshift, and integration design patterns.
- Working knowledge of Agent SDKs, Model Context Protocol; Python is a plus.
