Job Description Role: Telecaller
n CTC: 3.5-4.0 Lakhs per annum plus Incentives (negotiable)
n
n We are looking to hire 2 Telecallers to handle incoming leads from social media and other marketing channels.
n
n If you’re confident on calls, persuasive, and good at converting inquiries into responsible prospects, we’d love to connect with you.

n Role & Responsibilities:
n n Call and follow up with leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp & other platforms
n Understand customer requirements and explain products clearly
n Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups
n Maintain lead data and update CRM/sheets
n Coordinate with the sales team for closures
n n
n Requirements:
n n Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
n Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (freshers with confidence can apply)
n Comfortable handling social media leads
n Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
n Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
