Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sewing Trainee to join our production team. The trainee will learn and assist with garment sewing operations, machine handling, quality standards, and production processes under the guidance of experienced supervisors and operators.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and operate industrial sewing machines as per training and production requirements.
- Assist sewing operators in day-to-day garment production activities.
- Follow sewing specifications, work instructions, and production targets.
- Maintain proper stitching quality and identify basic sewing defects.
- Check fabric and garment components before and during sewing.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the workstation.
- Handle sewing machines, tools,



and materials carefully.
- Support the team in achieving daily production and quality targets.
- Learn different sewing operations, machine settings, and garment construction techniques.
- Report machine issues, material shortages, or quality problems to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, discipline, and attendance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge or interest in garment manufacturing and sewing.
- Valuable hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
