Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2+ years focused on CMDB & ITOM.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Expertise in ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes, and ACLs.
- Experience in data modeling, normalization, and reconciliation in CMDB.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Change, Incident, Problem, and Asset Management.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills for CMDB health monitoring and issue resolution.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist CMDB or ITOM preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance related to CMDB data management.
