- Bachelors Degree required.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or software Product company/ Pharma company.
- Proven experience as a UX Design, Product Design, UX Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability testing.
- 5-7 years of experience on a product or user experience team (or equivalent experience).
- Create prototypes for new product ideas
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Experience with the Salesforce DSM to design applications.
- Need to be proficient in design software (Invision, Sketch, Adobe CC, Keynote and other relevant software).
- A track record of designing and delivering digital products; illustrated with a portfolio.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Experience with several design approaches, methods,



and tools that you can use to plan and estimate your project work.
- Team player and excellent communication skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Portfolio of design samples needed to be considered.

The Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced setting.
- Degree or formal training in design, HCI, or an equivalent.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with systems thinking and design (e.g., workflow/asset management systems, business intelligence systems).
- Demonstrated business acumen, including experience measuring and calibrating the impact of your work against key business and customer experience goals.
