- bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field from Tier-1 colleges IITs/NITs/BITS
- 4+ years of software development engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis
- Solid Experience of Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Object-oriented design and development
- Experience on Redis or Memcached, and message brokers (RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka)
- Experience in NoSQL databases (for eg. MongoDB, Aerospike)
- Familiarity with the best practices of RESTful API design
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the fin-tech industry is a plus
