Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting solutions to support Healthcare Payer operations, including claims processing, member enrollment, and provider management.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide analytical support for special projects.
- Document reporting processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and repeatability.
- Mentor and guide junior reporting analysts, providing support and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics,



Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with at least 2 to 3 years focused on the Healthcare Payer industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare Payer operations, including claims processing, member enrollment, and provider management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a robust focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members is required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Certification in data analysis or related fields (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional) is a plus.
