Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level tech roles (Engineering, Product, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define and deliver hiring strategies
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters
- Develop and sustain tech talent pipelines.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
- Ensure smooth, professional candidate experience
Preferred candidate profile
- 5-10 years of experience in tech hiring (agency or in-house)
- Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles independently
- Experience leading or mentoring a small recruitment team
- Solid communication and organizational skills
