___ Role Overview The

Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Department of

Women and Child Development and ICDS Department in Jaipur. You'll spend 70% of your time working within these departments on policy implementation and research, and 30% on field visits to districts for program monitoring and stakeholder engagement. Key

Responsibilities Manage relationships with government departments and stakeholders Support policy implementation and research for

Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programs Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for government stakeholders Oversee project implementation across districts in Rajasthan Make quarterly field visits to 2-3 districts for program launches and events

Assist with budget planning and management for ECCE initiatives

Draft formal communications in Hindi and English Required

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Public

Administration, Social Sciences, Education, Management, or related field (Master's preferred) Experience: 4-5 years in project management,



public policy, or program implementation Minimum 2

years working with government departments Experience in fieldwork and on-ground program implementation Skills: Solid understanding of government operations in education and child development sectors

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities Project management expertise Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken) What Makes You
