We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable Implementation Specialist to lead the setup and optimization of our accounts payable processes within the Oracle Cloud ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the implementation, customization, and management of Oracle Cloud ERP procure to pay modules, specifically focused on Accounts Payable functionalities. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust technical background and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud ERP accounts payable modules. Ensure the system is set up to meet our specific business requirements and compliance standards

Process Design and Optimization: Design and optimize end-to-end accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the Oracle Cloud framework

Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Use project management best practices to ensure a smooth and successful implementation





Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the Oracle Cloud ERP system meets all functional needs related to accounts payable

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5 years focused on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, particularly in Accounts Payable

Demonstrated experience in leading Oracle Cloud ERP Procure to Pay module implementations

Strong project management skills and experience

Deep understanding of accounts payable processes and regulatory compliance.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills

Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud Certification, especially in Accounts Payable

Prior consulting experience with a focus on Oracle Cloud financial implementations
