Continuous Improvement Excellence Senior Manager • Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.

- Drive process quality governance and maturity tracking.
- Support cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Platform, and Tech teams for process enhancements.
- Identify automation opportunities across processes.
- Build capability development and improvement culture.
- Lead risk mitigation through audit and compliance frameworks.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and customer experience improvements. Accountability • Drive Continuous Improvement capability building initiatives across teams.
- Design and conduct trainings/workshops on Scrum, Agile, Lean, and CI methodologies.
- Build structured learning roadmaps for process excellence and transformation skills.
- Coach teams and leaders on problem-solving, Kaizen, and Agile ways of working.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
