We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to join the Finance team supporting a large-scale semiconductor construction project at Tata Dholera, Gujarat, along with its associated Off-Site Manufacturing operations.

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, vendor payments, financial reporting, and coordinating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external service providers.

This position requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, tax compliances, and manufacturing-related finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.

· Prepare and maintain accounting records, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.

· Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and bookkeepers for statutory filings and audits.

· Monitor vendor balances, payment schedules, and resolve invoice-related queries.

· Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial schedules, and management reports.

· Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

· Support month-end and year-end closing activities.





· Coordinate with procurement, project, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial documentation and cost tracking.

· Maintain proper accounting records and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

· Support finance-related process improvements and ERP implementation initiatives, where applicable.

Requirements

· CA Inter (Mandatory)

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

· 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

· Hands-on experience in:

· GST compliance and return filings

· TDS deductions and statutory compliance

· Accounts Payable and vendor management

· MIS reporting and reconciliations

· Prior experience in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects sector is highly preferred.

· Experience working with Zoho Books or other ERP/accounting software.

Technical Skills

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis).

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
