Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

- 7–12 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
- Robust experience developing web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework/.NET Core, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing Windows desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) with C# and XAML.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
- Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, unit testing, and secure coding practices.

Key Responsibilities - Participate in Agile processes,



including requirement clarification with Product Owners and task breakdown in Jira for feature development and bug fixes.

- Software Development & Quality Assurance
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code aligned with defined functional and technical requirements.
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and maintainability principles
- Ensure adherence to defined development quality gates, including but not limited to:
- Achieving a minimum of 80% unit test coverage
