Key Responsibilities

- Electrical System Design
- Develop and design electrical systems for concrete pumps (electric boom pumps)and batching plants.
- Prepare detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and diagrams using CAD tools like Auto CAD Electrical, EPLAN, etc
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and production teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into machinery
- Experience on Auto electrical (low voltage 24V./12 V DC) circuits, Familiarity with three phase circuit and controls
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure that all electrical systems comply with industry standards, including IEC,NEC, and other safety regulations.
- Review designs for compliance with safety standards, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Automation & Control Systems
- Design and implement automation systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for control of machinery. Develop motor control solutions using VFDs, servo drives, and other control systems
- . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and electrical controls in machinery.




- Experience of working on mobile controllers. Conversant with Electro hydraulics and knowledge of proportional valve and integration with controllers.
- Power System Management
- Design electrical power systems including motor sizing, power distribution, and UPS/generator backup for batching plants
- Perform power consumption analysis and provide recommendations to enhance energy efficiency.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for resolving electrical issues during production, assembly, and field operations.
- Perform root cause analysis for electrical components and suggest improvements in the electrical circuits to eliminate/minimize the problems
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, production, teams to ensure the electrical systems meet design and operational requirement
