Job Title : Collateral Management

Experience : 6 to 8 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily margin calls for OTC, Repo, PB and MSFTA, including Variation Margin and Initial Margin.

- Ensure timely process delivery and adherence to KPI, KRI and supervisory controls.

- Handle process and technical escalations.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

- Maintain and regularly review process documentation.

- Review daily, weekly and monthly MIS and operational reports.

- Ensure adequate cross-training and backup coverage within the team.

- Support change management and system enhancement projects.

Requisites

- Strong knowledge of Collateral Management and Margin Management.





- Hands-on experience with OTC Derivatives, Repo, PB and MSFTA.

- Valuable understanding of Variation Margin (VM) and Initial Margin (IM).

- Experience in margin call processing, reconciliation and exception management.

- Knowledge of KPI/KRI, operational controls and risk management.

- Strong stakeholder management and escalation-handling skills.

- Experience in MIS reporting and process documentation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and team coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
