Key Responsibilities

- Supervise CNC and conventional machining processes and optimize machine utilization.
- Lead and guide production teams, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning departments for smooth workflow.
- Minimize machine downtime and improve productivity through continuous process improvements.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of machining operations, production planning, and quality control.
- Experience in handling CNC machines and machine shop management.
- Ability to lead teams, solve production issues, and meet delivery schedules.
- Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
