Job Description:

- Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to management.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials within the store.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance departments for material requirements.
- Prepare goods receipt notes, issue slips, and inventory reports.
- Maintain ERP/Tally/Excel records related to stock movement and inventory control.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and assist in inventory audits.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and material handling practices within the store.
- Candidates with store, inventory, warehouse, or material management experience preferred.
