Job Title: IT Executive for Jewelry Shop

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems

- Manage networking, including Wi-Fi setup, routers, and firewalls

- Provide technical support to staff for all IT-related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve any system or network issues in a timely manner

- Ensure data backup and security protocols are in place

- Support the integration of software tools for inventory and sales management

- Monitor system performance and conduct regular checks for updates

- Ensure the security of all IT equipment and sensitive data

- Assist in the setup of point-of-sale (POS) systems





- Collaborate with vendors for software and hardware procurement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

- Basic understanding of networks, databases, and systems administration

- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory software is a plus

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
