Candidate's Profile:
- Excellent communication skills
- Valuable Coordination skills
- Go getting attitude
- Should have excellent knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge and Ideas about all HR Compliances
- Should have excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in handling HR Operations
- Employee Engagement activities
- Must have a minimum of 15–20 years of work experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Work experience in Distillery will be preferable.
