Job Description:

A reputed steel and power manufacturing company engaged in large-scale industrial operations is hiring an Assistant Helper to support production, maintenance, and operational activities within the plant. The company offers a stable work setting with long-term employment opportunities in the manufacturing sector.

- Assist technicians, operators, and supervisors in daily plant operations.
- Support loading, unloading, shifting, and material handling activities.
- Help in machine cleaning, maintenance support, and shop floor assistance work.
- Carry tools, spare parts, and operational materials as required.
- Assist during repair, fabrication, and maintenance activities within the plant.




- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and support smooth operational workflow.
- Ensure proper use of safety equipment and follow plant safety guidelines.
- Support emergency and shutdown activities when required.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork at the workplace.
- Candidates with industrial, factory, or helper experience preferred.
