Job Description:

A reputed steel and power manufacturing company engaged in large-scale industrial operations is hiring an Assistant Instrument Technician to support instrumentation maintenance, calibration, and plant automation activities. - Assist in maintenance and calibration of industrial instruments and control systems.
- Support monitoring of PLC, SCADA, DCS, sensors, gauges, and automation equipment.
- Help in troubleshooting instrumentation and control system issues during operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth plant functioning.
- Assist in installation, testing, and servicing of instrumentation equipment.
- Maintain maintenance logs, calibration reports,



and operational documentation accurately.
- Ensure proper functioning of process control and monitoring systems.
- Follow instrumentation safety standards, PPE usage, and company procedures strictly.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities when required.
- Identify operational abnormalities and report issues to senior staff immediately.
- Candidates with instrumentation or industrial automation maintenance experience preferred.
