Job Title: Collection - Executive ( Unsecured Business Loan)

Salary: Based on experience + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and source potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.

- Explain product features, loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment terms.

- Assess financial needs of customers and collect required documents.

- Coordinate with the credit team for processing and approval.

- Follow up with clients to ensure timely disbursement and customer satisfaction.

- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a solid customer base.

- Achieve monthly loan disbursal targets.

- Stay updated on competitors’ products and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).

- 0–3 years of experience in financial product sales or field sales.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented with a strong work ethic.

- Willingness to travel locally.
