Job Description: A CNC Machine Incharge, also known as a CNC Supervisor or Production Supervisor for CNC/VMC machining, is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of CNC machines, managing a team of operators, and ensuring efficient and high-quality production. They are involved in planning, executing, and monitoring machining operations, as well as troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision and Mentoring: Leading and guiding a team of CNC operators, providing training, and ensuring they adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Production Planning and Execution: Planning, scheduling, and monitoring production to meet targets and deadlines.
- Machine Setup and Operation: Setting up CNC machines, loading materials, and ensuring proper machine operation according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Quality Control: Implementing quality control procedures, inspecting finished parts, and ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving issues with CNC machines, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring optimal machine performance.




- Inventory and Supply Management: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating material procurement, and managing relationships with suppliers.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment, and complying with relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines, knowledge of manufacturing processes and machining techniques, and familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Robust communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members, and effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of Quality Control and Safety: Understanding of quality control processes, knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, and experience with quality assurance testing. JOB APPLY
