Job Description:

Position: Quality Manager

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:

- Ensure all documentations are accurate and complies as per QMS requirement.
- Ensure products comply with customer specification and regulatory requirements with supporting documents.
- Verify that products adhere to customer specifications and internal quality standards.
- Involve in daily inspection activities from incoming, in-process and finished products.
- Review record inspection results and maintain detailed logs of quality issues.
- Implement quality assurance processes to prevent defects and improve product quality.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and product quality.
- Training to be provided to all stake holders on inspection techniques and quality standards to meet QMS requirements.
- Ensure that all inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.




- Interface with customers regarding quality issues and resolutions on specifications.
- Address customer complaints and preparation of CAPA by involving CFT.
- Conduct internal audits, supplier audits as per schedule.
- Responsible for all process and product validation activities.

- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 6.50 LPA
