We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for our Car Loans division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on financial products, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers seeking car loans.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in the car loan sector.
- Assist customers in understanding the car loan process, eligibility criteria, and documentation required.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to customers based on their needs and financial standing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan application process.




- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in sales or financial services, preferably in car loans or related fields.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of financial products, especially car loans, and the lending process.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
