- Experience with Guidewire applications or similar insurance software is highly desirable.
- Insurance industry knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical team members.
