___ Role Overview The
Program Lead will spearhead the statewide implementation of Early
Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) program in partnership with
ICDS, SCERT, and the Department of Education, Punjab. The role involves leading end-to-end program rollout, managing government relationships, overseeing field teams, and ensuring data-driven execution across districts.
Key Responsibilities: Lead statewide planning, rollout, and performance management of ECCE initiatives
Build and manage strong relationships with state and district government stakeholders Recruit, train, and supervise regional academic experts and field staff Develop SOPs using field insights and data analytics Monitor program metrics (coverage, activation,
engagement) and ensure timely reporting Coordinate with internal teams (content, tech, research, media) for effective implementation
Represent the organization in review meetings, workshops, and field visits Required Qualifications Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred) 6–8 years in program management, field operations, or government partnership roles Prior experience managing teams
Experience working with government systems preferred Skills: Robust stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency in
Google Sheets, Forms, and data interpretation Fluency in English and Punjabi Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
Willingness to travel up to 50% across Punjab Hiring Note :
