- Make sure all production activities comply with safety policy and company guideline. Avoid safety incident.
- Arrange daily production and improve PSP.
- Review and prepare sufficient resource for production order on next day.
- Familiar IATF 16949 operation and maintenance
- Monitor the whole production process to ensure product quality, ensure product complete safety and timely
- Monitor the raw material providing status for production and feed back to production assistant
- Provide training to batch makers and lead batch makers to complete production order efficiently
- Check if the equipment/utility is in positive condition, including HSD mixers, mills, dust collector, ventilation, ground line
- Feedback the common intermediate requirement to product assistant
- To distribute manpower according to workload at each position
- To review and sign subordinates overtime application and record
