Requirements

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to meet their objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the senior management team.
- Make recommendations for sales strategies and process improvements based on market insights.
- Planning and overseeing current marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, editorial, and operations,



to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Must have at least 5 year of experience in digital media sales, advertising branded content
- Demonstrated experience in scaling up business operations
- Prior experience as profit centre head is desired.
- Seasoned and successful leader, preferably with experience in a major complex industry or organization in a competitive market segment.
- Carry good business acumen to help with the growth of the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be target oriented
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- A good people manager to ensure everyone is motivated
