Job Description

Act as the cybersecurity SME and strategic advisor for business and technology stakeholders.

Drive security governance, risk management, compliance, and cyber resilience initiatives.

Embed security-by-design across cloud, applications, OT/ICS, IoT, AI, and digital transformation programs.

Strengthen manufacturing and operational technology security through effective controls, monitoring, and third-party risk management.

Provide guidance on security operations, incident response, identity and access management, data protection, and secure software development practices.

The Successful Applicant





Experienced cybersecurity leader with strong expertise across governance, risk, architecture, operations, cloud, OT/ICS, and compliance.

Proven track record in large, complex enterprise environments, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or digital transformation settings.

Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, Zero Trust, Dev SecOps, and cyber resilience frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate cyber risks into business-focused recommendations.
